Meat Lover’s High-Protein Pizza (2-Ingredient Dough)

If you’re craving a hearty pizza but want to keep it high in protein, this recipe is for you. Using a simple two-ingredient dough made from flour and Greek yogurt, you’ll whip up a chewy crust in minutes. Load it with lean meats and melty cheese, and you’ve got a meat lover’s pizza that fuels your body while satisfying your cravings.


Ingredients (1 personal pizza, 8")

For the crust:

  • 80 g self-raising flour

  • 80 g nonfat Greek yogurt

For the sauce:

  • 50 g tomato sauce

For toppings:

  • 50 g lean ground beef (cooked & seasoned)

  • 40 g turkey pepperoni slices

  • 50 g shredded part-skim mozzarella

  • 10 g parmesan cheese (optional)

  • ¼ tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Make the crust

    • In a bowl, mix self-raising flour and Greek yogurt until dough forms.

    • Knead on a lightly floured surface for 2–3 minutes, until smooth.

  2. Shape it

    • Roll into a circle about 6–8 inches wide.

    • Form a slight edge around the dough to create a crust.

  3. Pre-bake

    • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 5–7 minutes, until just starting to turn golden.

  4. Add toppings

    • Spread tomato sauce evenly across the crust.

    • Sprinkle mozzarella, then layer on ground beef and turkey pepperoni.

    • Top with parmesan and oregano.

  5. Finish baking

    • Bake for 8–10 more minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
