Cajun Lime Shrimp Bowl
Light, fresh, and packed with protein, this shrimp bowl is the perfect balance of flavor and nutrition. Juicy shrimp are seared with garlic and lime, then layered over a base of rice or cauliflower rice with plenty of veggies. It’s quick to make, easy to customize, and ideal for meal prep or a weeknight dinner that doesn’t feel like “healthy food” — just delicious food that fuels your body right.
Ingredients (1–2 servings)
- 
8 oz raw shrimp (peeled & deveined)
 - 
½ cup cooked brown rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice (your carb base)
 - 
1 cup mixed veggies (broccoli, zucchini, bell peppers, or green beans)
 - 
Cooking Oil Spray
 - 
1 clove garlic, minced
 - 
Juice of ½ lime
 - 
1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
 - 
Saucified Cajun Ranch Protein Dressing and Dipping Sauce
 - 
Seasoning: chili powder, paprika, salt, pepper
 
Instructions
- 
Cook the shrimp
- 
Heat a skillet, sprayed with cooking oil spray. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (30 sec).
 - 
Toss in shrimp, season with chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
 - 
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
 - 
Squeeze fresh lime juice over shrimp before removing from heat.

Prep the base
- 
While shrimp cooks, warm rice/quinoa or prepare cauliflower rice.
 - 
Steam or roast your veggies. Season with salt.
 
 -

Assemble the bowl
- 
Base: rice or cauliflower rice.
 - 
Add veggies around the sides.
 - 
Top with shrimp.
 - 
Finish with a drizzle of Saucified Cajun Ranch, and/or extra lime juice.
