BBQ Burger Bowl
Think of this as a deconstructed BBQ burger — no bun required. This BBQ burger bowl layers seasoned ground beef over fluffy white rice with veggies and your favorite burger toppings. It’s quick, filling, and packed with flavor.
Ingredients (1 bowl)
- 
6 oz lean ground beef (90/10 or leaner)
 - 
½ cup cooked white rice (jasmine or basmati)
 - 
1 cup veggies (shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, or pickles — think burger toppings)
 - 
4 Tbsp Saucified Tangy BBQ Protein + Fiber Sauce
 - 
1 tsp seasoned salt (or adjust to your taste)
 - 
Optional toppings: shredded cheese, light ranch, mustard drizzle, or a sprinkle of sesame seeds
 
Instructions
- 
Cook the beef
- 
Add ground beef to a skillet over medium heat.

Season with any brand of seasoned salt.
 - 
Cook until browned, breaking into crumbles. Drain excess fat if needed.

Sauce it up

Stir in BBQ sauce and let it simmer for 1 minute until the beef is coated.
